Responsible for the global promotion of the CSD Contact Centers (CCC) brand and its portfolio of programs. Collaborates with a continuum of internal and external production resources to conceptualize, develop, and deploy compelling campaigns designed to create a greater awareness of and demand for CCC solutions.
Supports the CCC Leader team in the planning, coordination and implementation of campaigns and other programmatic marketing efforts, building broad coalitions of community partners working together to overcome national community challenges.

Successfully worked on a complete rebranding of the school of law, which included a creative redesign and implementation of new collateral, a new website, new social median presence, and a fully integrated marketing communications plan to help further the school's goals and mission. This included the creation of an organized creative design vault of images, video, and other easily searchable content for use across the university, which had never existed previously.
